We chose the premium version in Douglas fir and were partially disappointed with the wood that was delivered. The boards for the balustrades and floor are very thin and 1/3 will break if you don't pre-drill despite using self-tapping screws. Luckily, significantly more boards were delivered than needed. Absolutely thrilled with our swing and slide structure we got for our 2 year old. My hubby was unsure because of the price but once it came and he set it up he said it was worth every penny! Great quality and really well made! Very very happy toddler

Order placed at end of Feb and products arrives in 13 days. Well, not 7 to 10 business days as advertised but given the high volume of orders under lock down time, it is acceptable. I was contacted by the driver the day before the delivery and they came next day on time. The best thing I did probably was paid for the assembly! Lee contacted me one week ahead of the delivery date, arranged the assemble date to be 2 days after products arrived. He gave advices on what to check upon products arrive. On the day, Lee came at half 7am, spent time with us discuss the best location and finished the job at 11am. No missing pieces no hussle. The finishing is stunning. Kids absolutely love the new frames. Good experiences for me. I would strongly recommend hire the assemble if you are not DIY experts. Costly but worth it. Product itself is in no doubt very good quality. The only thing can be improved really is the customer service line. Not sure why but apparently assemble and delivery team know the progress of my order much better than customer service...

The finished product is really great and my kids love it - that’s the most important thing. I am an absolute amateur when it comes to DIY so ‘building’ this structure was really satisfying. However, it was slow going. The instructions said it would take two people 6 hours in total to build the tower, slide and the Clubhouse. I did it solo (which is my choice of course but it’s lockdown at the moment so I had little choice) and it took me 4 days. So unless you use the company’s assembly service, make sure you have some spare time available to make this great piece of play equipment.

Very pleased with purchase , good quality sturdy climbing frame. Only negative I can say is a few planks of wood were split but managed to work around it! Fast delivery..would buy from again
